LIKE NEW is the company that has the proprietary cleaning formula that is just now available for everyone. Since 1986, the Founder has used LIKE NEW GOLD for his own purposes. Originally used as a fluorescent fixture cleaner, various uses were discovered while using the product in the field. After extensive testing the LIKE NEW GOLD Formula has been found to clean and emulsify petroleum based materials. Additional testing produced results that clean protein based materials, using alkaline ratios that are close to neutral in pH values. Those protein materials include general household and industrial cleaning, mold(s) [Stachybotrys and Ampercilias molds] as well as Ecoli and Staph bacteria, therefore making the product a true antibacterial formula. LIKE NEW GOLD can also be used as a non-toxic insecticide. The formula has been shown to get rid of day to day insects.

Since its inception, LIKE NEW has researched, developed and improved the environmentally safe LIKE NEW GOLD formula to cover a myriad of uses as mentioned above. LIKE NEW has collaborated with a team of corporations and individuals to test and prove the efficacy of the product in the laboratory as well as tests in the field. These individuals are considered leaders in their respective markets and fields of expertise.

LIKE NEW was originally founded as a concrete restoration company, but now seeks other vertical markets. LIKE NEW is in a unique position, as the United States Environmental Protection Agency has initiated new laws in which water run off cannot enter storm drains in any state in the Union, where the runoff leads to our creeks, streams and rivers. Power washing of driveways, sidewalks and other infrastructures is a thing of the past. LIKE NEW is set to bring its unique methodology to the marketplace to replace the power washing utility system with a nontoxic and environmentally safe process that can be offered to the public over the counter or through our networks of distribution.

LIKE NEW will market its formula to the general public with a complete line of LIKE NEW GOLD formulations to clean carpets, tile, grout, pet stains and odors, appliances, brick walls, plastered surfaces, and jewelry, as well as a clothes washing enhancement and hand cleaner and an LIKE NEW, Inc., that has a proprietary surfactant formula that is multipurpose in nature. The formula is an organic emulsifier. The formula was to be primarily used to reduce the organic composition of organically (primarily) petroleum-based materials and their distillates to water. After extensive testing the LIKE NEW GOLD Formula has been found to kill and clean protein based materials, using alkaline ratios that are close to neutral in pH values. Those protein materials include mold(s)[stachy and ampercilias molds] as well as Ecoli and Staph bacteria(s), therefore making the product a true antibacterial formula.

   MANAGEMENT TEAM BIOGRAPHIES

Mr. Robert Greenberg - Founder and CEO has been in corporate startup for many years. His innovative "out of the box" thinking has led him to this crossroads in the environmental industry. Prior to this venture, Mr. Greenberg was the majority owner of Eagle Power Systems, Inc. Eagle Power Systems was on the cutting edge of the energy conservation industry of the 70's, 80's and early 90's. He is the Founder of LIKE NEW, Inc. He has a bachelor's Degree from the California State University, Long Beach in Health Education with an emphasis on Environmental Health. Mr. Greenberg also holds engineering certificates from Edison Schools and has been a consultant to San Diego Gas and Electric in the 1980's.

Mr. Brian Murty - COO and President, a resultsoriented leader, offering 29 years of experience recognized for successful business tactics and strategies, demonstrating management expertise, implementing initiatives to meet company objectives, and contributing to bottom line. Mr. Murty has proven his exceptional leadership skills and is tested and proven in diverse environments. Mr. Murty has a vast retail marketing background with such companies as the Ralphs Grocery Company, Albertsons, and ShopCo where he now serves as Vice President. Mr. Murty has exceptional administrative and decision making skills. He now manages more than 6,000 sales and marketing associates and 75 finance and support personnel. His responsibilities included store operations, marketing, distribution, and support staff. Mr. Murty has a Bachelor or Arts in Business and Certificates in Food and Drug Marketing from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles and additionally holds certificates in Effective Communication and Training from Cornell University (1990).

Mr. Thomas A. Mix - Vice President has a background of extensive business and legal experience. Mr. Mix has served as the past President of the North San Diego County Bar Association and Vice President of the San Diego Bar Association. While President of the North County Bar Association he was very instrumental in founding a state bar approved lawyer referral service, which has been a financial success. Mr. Mix possesses a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of San Diego and a Juris Doctorate Degree in Law from Western State University. Mr. Mix will not perform the duties of corporate counsel. Mr.Mix has a distinguished military career as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps.

Mr. Ted Cote - Vice President of Marketing & Business Development, Mr. Coté has over 15 years of experience in sales, business development, and marketing management. He is currently the President of The Marketing Arm, LLC, a full service marketing services firm and design agency based in Long Beach, CA. (www.the-marketing-arm.com) and prior to founding his own firm, he served as Business Development and Marketing Manager at publicly held Stericycle, Inc. (NASDAQ Symbol - SRCL) Mr. Coté's subscription model has been implemented successfully in his career at Stericycle, Inc., where it has accumulated over 80,000 subscribers and generates in excess of $100 million in annual revenue. Mr. Coté's efforts played an important role in the rapid success of Stericycle, whose annual revenue increased from approximately $67 million upon Mr. Cote's arrival in 1998, to $516.2 million in 2004. Stericycle was recently recognized by Fortune magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S. In addition, Mr. Coté experienced success with his business plan as a partner at OSHA Compliance Partners, Inc. ("OCPI"), which offered medical waste management services and various OSHA compliance training and safety plan coordination. Mr. Coté's business plan resulted in a substantial number of new contracts, which ultimately peaked the interest of Stericycle as they sought innovative ways to grow their national business. Mr. Coté sold his interest in OCPI, and subsequently joined Stericycle, in 1999.

Mr. GUY R. ADAMS - Director, has extensive field experience in the building trades, and has been in the sales and marketing of those services for 34 years. Guy has been influential in the branding of Like New name, working closely with Mr. Cote. Guy has been behind the scenes with Like New for over 2 years. Due to Mr. Adams contacts in the trades, he has been able to make contacts with such notable companies as Trane, Lennox Industries, and Carrier. Mr. Adams is currently the Vice President of C.A.T, a heating, air conditioning, plumbing and general services organization providing building services to various governmental agencies.

Mr. Adams, will provide his wide range of experience to the business, thereby making it possible for him to clearly understand each phase of our field projects and lend his knowledge on how to coordinate all aspects of our jobs.

Ms. Bunny Carpenter - Director, has a 35-year background in corporate administration, and purchasing. Ms. Carpenter is currently employed by Beckman Coulter, Inc. Brea, CA., having oversight in the IT Department For corporate cellular communication systems worldwide. Ms. Carpenter has a Bachelor of Arts in Business from California State University, Irvine. Ms. Carpenter also has an accounting background and will have oversight of corporate administration.

Consultants will be used on an "as needed" basis. Mr. Alain Blanc is a consultant to the board and has a background in international marketing and will be instrumental in setting up the offshore markets in Europe and Africa. Dr. Scott Linn is a Professor of Economics at the University of Iowa, at Ames, and will advise the Board on economic trends. Yakov Galpherin is the President of Global Geo Chemistry and will provide soils testing for the Board. Mr. Scott Sayre, Esq., will be retained to advise the Board as corporate counsel once the company is in full operation
